1. How do I place an order on Framió?

To place an order, simply browse our collection of exclusive framed wall art on our website. Once you’ve found your desired artwork, choose your frame size, and click "Add to Cart." When you're ready, proceed to checkout to enter your shipping details and complete the payment.
2. What are your shipping options?
Answer:
We offer standard and express shipping options for customers in the UK. Shipping times vary based on your location, but we aim to deliver your artwork within 1-4 business days. All shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
3. Do you offer international shipping?
Answer:
No! We currently do not offer international shipping. We are hoping to change this soon!
4. Can I return or exchange my order?
Answer:
We accept returns or exchanges on items that are unused and in their original condition. You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure the item is carefully packed for return. Custom orders or items that have been damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
5. How do I request a return or exchange?

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at contact@framio.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details of the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
6. When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the transaction.
7. Do you offer gift options?

Yes! You can choose to have your artwork sent as a gift. During checkout, you can enter the recipient’s address and include a personalized message. We do the gift wrapping free of charge.
8. Can I customize the artwork?

Currently, we offer a fixed collection of curated, exclusive artwork. Each piece is designed by our visionary artists. We do not offer customization of individual designs at this time, but we are constantly updating our collection with fresh, unique artwork.
9. Are the frames included in the price?
Answer:
Yes! The price listed for each artwork includes the frame. You can choose from different frame sizes to best suit your space. Our frames are crafted with high-quality materials to complement the artwork.
10. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment through our courier’s website.
